I’ve been here a few times and usually very good. On 7/26 I got a regular manicure l. No gel this time. Today is the 27 and it has chipped off. Really poor job. I’ve not been doing any outside work or anything crazy. I work in an office. Just disappointed and the last couple of times have been not great .
I’ve been here a few times for pedicures and it has always been okay. I usually just go because it’s close to home and they do a decent job. The last 2 times have been less than adequate. The pedicure is fine, but they have been very bad with the nail painting. Missing parts of my nail and layering it on so thick that it doesn’t dry. Won’t be returning
Doesn't even deserve a star , deserves nothing ! Will never go back here, their place is filthy no proper hygiene, the tools they use are not clean look old , the guy doing my nails was rough , i had to wait a good twenty min before i got service . I got a terrible allergic reaction to the pedicure the lady was so rough on my feet it looked like she was using dirty tools , so displeased with this place , never going back , not worth the 109$ i spent at all 😥went to get a refund for my pedicure and the guy treated me like i was making everything up he was very rude towards me, the lady took my polish off so rough , ruined my toe nail beds , didn't even clean off my feet sprayed them with alcohol spray don’t know if it was clean it burned my feet i was so annoyed and uncomfortable. This place is not kind, or clean!
Fastest full set I've ever gotten and not in a good way. I've been consistently getting my nails done for years and this was my first and last time going here. First thing I noticed was the lack of proper hygiene. The guy finished up working on the woman beside me and didn't even get up to wash his hands. He immediately started working on me and applied the nails so lousy with very little glue, at one point my pinky nail came off because there wasn't much glue. The products and tools he was using looked gross and dirty, there was nail dust everywhere. He definitely didn't sanitize anything, he even took the previously used tools from the desk next to him and used them on me. My nails are crooked and uneven, he filed them lazily and they are not even filled in with acrylic all the way. He BUTCHERED my cuticles too. Something that I've never had to do was cure my nails with the light after filing them, which I thought was odd because they were not even painted. He didn't even ask what I wanted done, he just tried to start painting them. The French tip is a bit sloppy. When he was finishing I was already thinking "I need to go to another salon so I can fix these." This is one of those last resort kind of places you go to.
I'm visiting from out of town and decided to go with my sister to get our nails done. This place was OK. It was clean. Nicely decorated. WARNING - GET ARE CHARGING EACH CLIENT AN ADDITIONAL $5 FOR Cleaning NO MATTER WHAT SERVICE IS SELECTED . The pedicure stations are in the back. We both got a general pedicure which took roughly 30 minutes. They use hot stones however they aren't very warm and they were literally run up and down my calves one time and set aside. Lotion was applied once fairly quickly and my toes were painted. Not really worth the money but the chair massage was nice and the water was warm. We went upfront for the manicures. Again, things were done very quickly and half hazardly. The hand massage was less then a minute for both hands and the hot towel was applied and removed in about 2 minutes. Lotion to my hands was applied one time. The most amount of time was used in my fingers soaking in warm water and at the end in painting my nails. My nails were painted fairly well and I was left under the dryer for an undetermined amount of time with no one checking in. We finally went up to the register to wait to pay for the service before leaving. Overall, my normal place is ALOT better but the time with my sister was priceless. This wouldn't be my go to place but it was just ok.
